Have Artwork or Need a Design?

Pick the option that fits you when you order.

1. I have artwork: upload your logo or finished design. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) print sharpest, but PNG and JPG work too.
2. I need a design: tell us your business name, brand colors, tagline, website, phone number, or a different message for each piece. Our design team builds the layout for you.

Proof Before Printing

We email you a digital proof of the backdrop, flags and table cover. Production starts only after you approve it.

If your logo file is low resolution, we will let you know before printing.

Built to Travel

• Frame and poles: lightweight aluminum
• Graphics: polyester fabric
• Printing: full-color dye sublimation, which dyes the ink into the fabric for bright, lasting color

Fabric graphics fold for transport and come off the frame for storage between events.

Quick Setup

The kit is designed to go up quickly without a crew.

1. Assemble the aluminum backdrop stand and attach the fabric backdrop.
2. Set up the feather flag bases, slide the flags onto the poles and stand them on each side of your booth.
3. Place the table cover over a standard event table.

No. Choose “I need a design” when you order and tell us what you want. Our design team builds the layout and sends you a proof to approve.

Can each piece have a different design?

Yes. The backdrop, flags and table cover can each carry their own message. Tell us what you want in the design notes.

How long does it take?

Most kits arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks of proof approval. Add your event date when you order and we will confirm timing with your proof.

Can I return my kit?

Every kit is printed to order with your artwork, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us right away and we will make it right.
